Menopause, both peri menopause and post menopause, is a difficult and dramatic season of life for most women, often lasting years!

A very challenging experience in my childhood and again in my 30s, set me on a personal journey of gaining new knowledge and developing wide-ranging, integrative health practices that could sustain my wellbeing.

These transformative changes enabled me to navigate the peri-menopause stage of life with minimal symptoms and now post menopause.
I discovered that I didn’t need to accept the “status quo” regarding what these stages “should” look like.
There is so much conflicting nutritional information out there. Its not surprising that many menopausal women don’t really know what and how to eat anymore. Many are worried about their bone density in the future and some are thinking, “Do I have to accept this enlarged body, as everyone else is telling me this is the result of menopause and cannot change easily?”
I am very passionate about supporting mid-life women to manage and yes, even ENJOY this stage of life.
